British American Tobacco Bangladesh (BATB) appointed MDM as their project management consultant in 2010.
- Extension of the tobacco factory building in Kushtia, Bangladesh. The new building was prefabricated and housed a tobacco warehouse and a second factory production line.
- Extension of the factory building on the west and north sides in Dhaka.
- Extension of the finished goods warehouse in Dhaka.
- Conveyor belt installation project in the factory building in Dhaka.
- Filter Rod Department extension in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
- Fire hydrant installation projects at BATB sites in Savar, Manikgonj, Chechua, Chourhash (Kushtia factory), Jhenaidah, Meherpur, and Allardargah.
- Reconstruction of the redrying plant (RDP) and an inspection shed in Manikgonj.
