J.K. Tower is a commercial and residential complex located on 60 feet wide K. C. Dey Road in Chittagong City. It is situated in a prime commercial area near New Market and Shahid Minar, within a serene neighborhood.
The tower was designed to meet the requirements of both commercial and residential spaces, offering complete privacy and incorporating modern conveniences and amenities. The safety of the building was a top priority, and it was designed with an earthquake resistant reinforced concrete frame coupled with reinforced concrete shear walls.
The semi basement level houses a car park, café, security control room, and pump room. A shopping complex occupies Level 1 to Level 4 of the tower. Special attention was paid to the functionality of the design and the comfort of the shoppers. Drainage and waste disposal, fire and safety emergency exits, and other amenities were designed to international standards.
The building frame is made of RCC beam-column type. The exterior facade of the residential part is designed with plastered groove. The shopping complex has a rectangular glass facade decorated with aluminum panels and louvers. The building was completed in 2013.
