He has also focused on employee retention and company growth throughout his career overlooking part of operation and the the Admin as well. Strong team leader with can do attitude. Not a boss but a True Leader leading with his experience and helping and nurturing young talents for better growth.

Additionally, he is passionate about social work and helping those in need. Currently, he is leading two non-governmental organizations, which work for the Empowerment of Women, Non-Formal Education, Skill Development Program, Hunger project and medical assisting.
