UCEP CHEYNE tower is situated at the heart of Dhaka’s busiest commercial area Segunbagicha. The site is surrounded by narrow roads in two sides (South and West). Glass surface has been used to bring sufficient amount of sunlight inside.
The building consists of 2 basements with 6 storied on top. The building is specially designed for office uses. It contains 3 passenger lifts, 1 Mechanical & Electrical raiser for services and 2 fire stairs. the building has a total floor space of 105,000 sft. Building plan is divided by core, service and working areas where each area is functioning smoothly without being interrupted by others.
External facade is a mixture of brick, concrete and glass wall to confirm a comfortable internal temperature. Interior design of the building was done by environmentally friendly materials to make the floor, walls and ceilings user friendly. The building was completed in 2010.
