He has awarded the C. Build E FCABE (Fellow of Chartered Association of Building Engineers, UK) and P.Eng (UK) MSPE (Corporate Member, The Society of Professional Engineers, UK) in 2008 for his outstanding contributions to the Building/ Construction industry Home & Abroad.

  • Blood Centre, TUTH Katmandu, Nepal, Project Value: US $ 1,200,000.00, Design build construction project Nepal. Funded by USA.
  • Costal Crisis Management Centre, Bangladesh Project Value: US $ 12,000,000.00 Design build construction project for Bangladesh Cost Guard. Funded by USA.
  • Multi-Purpose Cyclone Shelter , Bangladesh Project Value: US $ 4,500,000.00 Seven projects are completed different Govt. Primary Schools in Bangladesh. Funded by USA.
  • Core Residential Shelters In Cyclone Sidr affected districts Project Value: US $ 1,785,832.36 The construction of Core Residential Shelters In Cyclone Sidr affected districts of Barguna (426 Shelters ), Bagerhat ( 265), Patuakhali (222 Shelter) & Pirojpur (337 Shelters), Districts being financed by International Federation of Red Cross & Red Cresecent Societies.
  • Majher Char Village Revitalisation Project Project Value US$500,000 The project comprises essential infrastructure, core domestic shelters and livelihood support for a village of 170 families in the Pirojpur area of Barisal Division. MDM designed the core shelters, which were required to be above the maximum flood level; withstand winds of up to 150kph; be easily maintained by the inhabitants of a geographically isolated char community; and provide improved levels of domestic comfort. MDM was involved in all facets of this diverse project, including community consultation, the tendering process for contractors, and the overseeing of construction quality.
  • Medecins Sans Frontreies Diarrhea Centre, Dhaka Project Location: Dhalpur, Dhaka. Project Construction Duration: 3 weeks. The project was devised by MSF, a leading international organization for health. The project includes a 200 bed hospital, medicine store, chlorination area, Doctors area, Morgue, waste area, Sanitation & Recovery area. MSF appointed MDM as Consultant & Contractor of the project & MDM successfully completed the project with in the stipulated time.
  • British High Commission He is In charge/ Co-ordinator of Design Services & Project / Construction Manager Of several British High Commissions, Dhaka & Sylhet projects since 1997 to date. Project includes British High Commission Extension Project, Immigration Renovation, Information centre, Club Extension, Gymnasium Extension, New Gate House, New Management Annex, Kitchen Extension in Dhaka & Consular Office, Sylhet.
  • Australian High Commission From July 2000 he has been engaged on a number of projects as Architectural Consultant, Project & Construction Manager to the Australian High Commission, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Project Includes Refurbishment of the Chancery Building, Extension & Fit-out of the Immigration Section & Project services Consultant for Security modification Works.
  • American International School, Dhaka He was In charge as the Consultant & Project/ Construction Manager for Old Auditorium & Music Room Extension & Renovation (Phase-1) and Extension of Elementary, Middle & High school (Phase-2) works. He was the Co-ordinator of consultancy services including Architectural, Structural & Electrical/Mechanical design.
  • The Westin Dhaka He has worked as a Team Leader in above project. Duties include Project management responsibilities as per contract & Monitor the progress of the works against the contractor’s programme and report to the Client & other associated works.
  • Canadian High Commission Recreation Centre, Dhaka. He was In charge/ Co-ordinator of Quality Control & Testing Services of above project. Duties include Prepare of Schedule of work for completion, Inspect existing contract documents & existing construction & make recommendation to The Departmental Representative for additions to, or deletions from, the existing List of Completion Requirements & Supervise the implementation of the Schedule of work for completion provide as part of the Project task; prepare and provide additional documentation for clarification; engage testing agencies as required, provide test result and recommendation to the Departmental
