Prime Finance HO

MDM was appointed as design consultant for the interior fit-out of Prime Finance Ltd.’s head offices in Dhaka. Spread across two floors, the brief called for a professional, modern workspace that balanced the needs of client-facing reception areas with productive working environments for staff. 

The design is defined by a considered use of contrasting materials and textures to give each space a distinct identity. The existing exposed-brick internal walls were retained and juxtaposed against a new central staircase crafted in wood and steel. Wooden-framed glass walls were introduced to delineate new spaces while maintaining visual connectivity across the floor plate. 

Floor finishes were selected to reflect the function of each zone: hardwood tiles in client-facing areas convey quality and warmth, while carpet in staff workspaces provides comfort and acoustic performance. Low-height partitions divide workstations, preserving an open feel. Throughout the offices, simple and contemporary furniture reinforces a clean, professional character.
