MDM contributed to the design of a collection of 100 luxury villas in Dubai as sub-consultant to the lead practice Lacasa. The commission reflects MDM’s growing footprint in the Gulf residential market and its capability to work within complex, multi-party delivery frameworks on high-value residential developments. 
 
The villas are designed to a standard of specification consistent with Dubai’s luxury residential market, where the quality of finishes, the sophistication of spatial planning and the seamless relationship between indoor and outdoor living are primary drivers of value. The designs present bold, contemporary facades in a mixture of dark cladding, glass and natural materials — a palette that reads as confident and distinguished in the Dubai context without sacrificing warmth or domestic character. 
 
External amenity is a defining feature of each villa: generous pool terraces, landscaped gardens and covered outdoor entertaining areas extend the living space outward, blurring the threshold between interior and exterior in a manner well-suited to the Dubai climate. Technical drawings and construction documents prepared by MDM demonstrate a rigorous approach to detailing that translates the design intent into a deliverable building specification.
