British American Tobacco, Bangladesh appointed MDM as architectural, structural design and project management consultant in 2010. Since then, many projects were completed. The names of the projects where MDM worked as project management consultant are given below:

• Extension of tobacco factory building in Kushtia, Bangladesh. It was on newly procured land beside existing factory. The building was pre- fabricated building, where a tobacco warehouse and a second factory production line were established.
• Extension of factory building on the west and north sides in Dhaka
• Extension of finished goods warehouse in Dhaka
• Conveyor belt installation project in the factory building in Dhaka
• Filter Rod Department extension in Dhaka, Bangladesh
• Fire hydrant installation projects in BATB sites in Savar, Manikgonj, Chechua, Chourhash (Kushtia factory), Jhenaidah, Meherpur, Allardargah
• Reconstruction of re drying plant (RDP) and an inspection shed In Manikgonj
